Key Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen service and manage the pass as required.

  • Maintain food consistency and presentation.

  • Train and support staff, assist with onboarding.

  • Assist with stocktakes, ordering, and waste reduction.

  • Ensure WHS and food safety standards are followed.

  • Experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced venue.
