Position Summary

As a Line Cook at Bar Monte, you’ll bring our Italian menu to life with consistency, care, and energy. You’ll own your section, prepare dishes to spec, and support the smooth flow of service alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy kitchen, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering food that feels both refined and generous.

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen (essential)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Positive, team-oriented attitude working with both BOH and FOH staff
• Familiarity with Italian ingredients and techniques is a bonus, but not essential
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow recipes and specifications with accuracy
• Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards
