The Kitchen Hand supports the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation. This role ensures chefs can focus on cooking by keeping the BOH running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Dishwashing, rubbish removal, and daily cleaning.
  
  
• Keep BOH, storerooms, and delivery areas organised.
  
  
• Assist chefs with basic prep tasks.
  
  
• Maintain hygiene and WHS compliance at all times.
  
  
• Support team during service with a proactive attitude.
