As a Floor Attendant at Bar Monte, you’ll play a key role in delivering warm, attentive service that reflects our neighbourhood Italian style. You’ll manage your section with confidence, ensuring guests feel looked after from the first glass to the last plate. This role is all about great customer service, food and beverage knowledge, and teamwork — all while upholding Bar Monte’s standards on the floor.

• Passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences
• Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced venue
• Strong work ethic and genuine love for working in a team
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills
• Wine knowledge is highly regarded; Italian food and beverage experience a bonus but not essential
