Position Overview

Floor Attendants provide excellent table service in their section, ensuring guest comfort and smooth dining experiences.

As we’re a small venue our ideal candidate would also have some form of bartending skills so they can work seamlessly between areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks.
  
  
• Maintain section cleanliness and flow.
  
  
• Upsell drinks and menu items confidently.
  
  
• Communicate with BOH and FOH teams for timing and pacing.
  
  
• Support team members during peak service.

• Previous waiting experience in busy venues.
  
  
• Guest-focused, personable, and efficient.
  
  
• Confident in upselling and menu knowledge.
