Position Overview:

The Duty Manager supports daily FOH and bar operations, ensuring service flow, staff performance, and compliance. They lead shifts in the absence of senior managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead FOH and bar during shifts, maintaining service pace.
  
  
• Handle guest issues and escalations with care.
  
  
• Support bar operations: stock, training, and wastage control.
  
  
• Complete cash-ups, reconciliations, and End of Shift reports.
  
  
• Ensure compliance: RSA, WHS, food safety.
  
  
• Provide coaching and support to staff in real time.
  
  

About You:

• Previous supervisory or management experience.
  
  
• Confident leading service and handling guest issues.
  
  
• Knowledge of FOH and bar operations.
  
  
• Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.

• Strong communicator with a positive, team-first attitude.
