Key Responsibilities

• Oversee bar service, setup, and pack-down to brand standards.

• Manage stock, ordering, and wastage to meet COGS targets.
  
  
• Collaborate with the Beverage Department on menus and activations.
  
  
• Maintain RSA compliance, WHS, and bar hygiene.
