Position Overview:

The Assistant Bar Manager supports the Bar Manager in leading bar operations, training staff, and managing stock. They act as lead when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise bar shifts and coach bartenders in real time.
  
  
• Support stocktakes, ordering, and wastage control.
  
  
• Assist in bar setup, prep, and service flow.
  
  
• Ensure RSA, WHS, and hygiene standards are upheld.
  
  
• Promote a positive, collaborative bar culture.
